Fagoilari cooking school/B&B

My wife and I will be in the Tuscany area late Oct.'05 and are considering attending the B&B at Fagoilari in Panzano in Chianti. They offer a cooking school (that starts at 5pm..which I like for scheduling purposes).I have seen one or to posts here..does anyone have a first hand glimpse. Thank you

My husband and I attended the cooking class and actually stayed the night at the B&B. Guillieta was very welcoming and taught us how to make, apple cake, Chicken Cacciatore(sp), Gorgonzola ravioli(from scratch). She makes her own wine and we could drink as much as we liked. If you have questions....I will be happy to answer them for you.

It was under 100 euros....I want to say about 85. The class is very small. Best with 2 to 4 people max. The cooking is done in the kitchen of her home.
