Would like to do a market tour and cooking class - and I would love to hear some suggestions. I am very much a foodie. Thanks in advance.

there are few good cooking class in Hoian, Tra Que is acceptable here would be for anyone would like to experience a slow pace of rural area, facilities serving for practicing is not as good as Morning glory and Red brigde restaurant. anyway i would like to recommended Mornging Glory cooking class. you can take half day or whole day learning how to cook vietnamese cuisine, very interior, good cooking facilities, local chief speaking good English... very practical as well

Red Brigde cooking class will provide you a 20ms boat trip on the main river runs through Hoi An town, then you will be shown with their herb garden. At the end of the cooking class you will be taught how to make your dishes nicer with decoration from cucumber, carrot..etc.
Secret Garden or Morning Glory or Tam Tam just right in town.
All will provide you a short brief about Hoi an market and show you food there!
