If I may make a correction:
Turkey is not a muslim country!
Turkey is a seccular country with citizens 95% muslims.....
It is a republic and we have democracy weather some people likes or not. People can choose their religion altough when we are born we are registered as muslims if the parents are muslims as well, which I am happy with but one can also change their religion.
Official working days are Mon.to friday included for government offices and banks. Private sector is included saturday at most cases. Travel industry mostlet 7 days a week in the season.
Most banks have no lunch breaks as they work on shifts. Offic'al holidays we have ofcourse are different story for the working days.
Happy travelling,
Murat
