Please turn off the cap lock.
Eurostar from Gare du Nord to London St. Pancras is easiest IMO because it's center city to center city rather than having to schlep out to the airport on each end. Suggest you and your wife try to pack as lightly as possible - almost any way you travel will require some amount of moving your own luggage.

StCirq and Palenque: I'm by no means the nicest person on these boards, but I'd lay off the OP on this -- his wife may be physically unable to carry bags, she may have severe leg problems, she may have arthritis or bone weakness or something else. I had a friend whose wife had debilitating arthritis but they traveled a good bit to island destinations because SCUBA diving alleviated her pain.
Ultimately, if it's just a character flaw in the wife, he would not have mentioned it on this board.

Point taken, Big Russ. Normally, though, when people on the board are worried about being able to maneuver their bags it's because they are taking too much (which they usually admit). If the OP's wife has a disability, apologies.

Train is the best option overall. There is relatively little dealing with luggage since you can cab right to the door of the train station.
If you wife can;t manage luggage you will have to manage for both.
I don;t know of any way of traveling that doesn;t require you to handle your own luggage at some point unless you bring someone with you to do it. But train is definitely easier to manage than plane. Try to get seats right near the door of the train to minimize haluing luggage up and down aisles.
