I stayed at the Saturnia Internazionale a few years ago. EXCELLENT location.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and of high quality. The staff was very accomodating and pleasant. Our twin room was very large, facing the interior courtyard. It was dark, the lighting was dim, the room generally was astmospheric and olde worlde but very much in need of updating in our opinion. Not shabby, just not fresh. That updating, for all I know, may have occurred since last I was there, or perhaps it was just our room that time.

Hi J,
Train schedules are at www.trenitalia.com
They run often enough that you can buy your ticket when you get there.
