Train schdules from Paris to Munich
I have heard talk of taking the overnight train from Paris to Munich. I was wondering if there is a nonstop train? Also, is there a nonstop train that leaves Paris early in the AM and arrives in Munich in the afternoon?
Thanks

A non stop train from Paris to Munich does not exist. One never has to my knowledge. Do you perhaps mean a no change connection?
There is a train from Paris Est at 6:41 that takes 8 and a half hours for the journey. No changes. But about a dozen stops.

Some of the one change train connections offer fairly good connections, too. Changes are usually in either Mannheim or Köln. I know of no advantage to NOT take the direct connection, however.
Flying is an option, perhaps. But by the time you allow 3 hours to travel from your sleeping place to CDG (or Orly), flying time of about 90 minutes, and an hour and a half to get from Strauss airport to the city center, the train trip is about 2.5 hours longer, but much less stressful.
