Tango Clubs/Milongas in Paris?

I'm just back from vacationing in Buenos Aires...fabulous...and am on my way back for the annual spring vacation in Paris. Are there any tango clubs in Paris where one can dance the night away? I'd love to drag my very shy Parisian friend to one and teach him to dance. Smiles.I think he'd end up loving it. Happy Travels!

Argentinean tango's pretty popular in France, and google brings up lots of hits (none of which I've personally attended, so can't say one way or another).

Here's one to start you off that's got a list of milongas and clubs:

I have to say, though, tango does not come instantly to mind when thinking of my very shy friends. Does he already dance? Tango's not an easy dance, especially for the guy.

Thanks. I went on Google, but didn't have time to go through all of that stuff listed, some of which was in French. I did go on tripadvisor.com and found a lot of info as folks posted the same question in that forum.

As for his shyness, he'll try it. I've gotten him to try things that he normally wouldn't have tried or done and a whole new world is now opening up to him.

I'll check out the website that you've posted. Smiles. Happy Travels!
