Switzerland - Schilthorn Summit

My mom's is in her mid 70's and sometimes she does have breathing problem if she exercises strenuously. I want to take her to Switzerland and recently started researching. A lot of people mentioned altitude sickness in Jungfraujoch, so I am not thinking of going there. From my research it seem that Schilthorn is doable for her. I am wondering whether I can take her to one of the lower summit for a view or not bother going to any of the alps at all and just stick with the valleys and towns. Can someone share their experience at Schilthorn? You think it is doable for a mid 70's not very athletic female with mild breathing problem? I don't want her getting sick from the trip. Thanks.
