Suggestions for Budapest Apt

My husband and I are going to be in Budapest for a week in Sept. We are looking at the Aboriginal Apts. Has anyone been there or can you suggest other apts. Thank you.
We would like District VI or V.

can you give me an advice about location? We prefer a place that is not noisy, love to walk around a city (be where the locals are but walkable to the sights.

These apts do seem to be in different districts and I'm trying to get a feel for what it would be like to stay in these different areas. thanks

Budapest is very spread out - I would NOT count on walking to everywhere, EVEN if you picked the most central location.

A lot of people here like staying on the Buda side; but for Pest side, District V is the most "central". District VI and VII are okay too.

We stayed at an apt in District VII, and used public transit extensively. The trams, buses, and metro runs very frequently (every 2-3 minutes) and are very extensive and efficient, so they can get you everywhere in no time.
