Stockholm: how to get from Arlanda airport to Solna area ?

Stockholm: how to get from Arlanda airport to Solna area ?
Family of 4 wth 2 kids. We have booked an aparthotel in Solna suburb, very close to the subway/train station Sundbyberg. The package includes the Stockholm a la carte card, this means also free rides on bus trains ferries etc.... The card is not valid for the airport train and bus, however, iIn order to maximize this card and the free rides, which is the best way to get there from Arlanda airport (north of the city) avoiding to get to downtown (southbound) and backtracing northbound to Solna ? I see that Aranda airport is far away from the city, maybe 40kms ?

Yes, the airport is quite north of town, neither options will drop you very near Solna.
1. Taxi- door to door service approx 495 kr. You can book the car right online and the driver will pick you up with a sign.

2. Arlanda Express (20 minutes to town)- departs from the airport arrivals hall. There is a summer promo 2 for 250 sek, kids under 17 free. You can find more info: https://www.arlandaexpress.com:443/default.aspx?page=3&
3. Flygbussen (45 minutes to town)-departs outside all terminals. 110 sek adult/79 sek child.
Both the train and the bus will take you to the central train station in Stockholm where you can then connect to the subyway (blue line) and use your transit cards to Sundbyberg. More info here on the transit system:

yes we had a fabulous long SUNNY weekend in your town 1-2-3 may !!!
Then we took the Arlanda Express with the 2 kids free promotion at SEK 250 all of us one way.
The Stockholm a la carte card was great and included in the overnight package. We regret we did not have enough time to do more for free ! but we did a lot !
Te T11 blue metro stop Naeckrose was only 10 minutes from central station and just 200metre from our hotel apartment in Solna and even closer than Sundbyberg.
Everything was great !!!
