St. Columbans school reunion? Carnaxide

Okay, Lobo Mau and Matt-can you help me out? I want to go back to my old school in Carnaxide. It is no longer being used but I still want to find it. I am having a hard time finding Carnaxide on the maps that I have. Where is Carnaxide in respect to where I'll be staying (Chiado)?

namaka. The Lisbon streets maps are useless, because Carnaxide is outside Lisbon. To arrive there, you need a car and a road map. Carnaxide is on A5 Lisbon-Cascais highway, take the 2nd exit after Monsanto forest.
From Marques de Pombal roundabout (on the top of Av. da Liberdade and bottom of Edward 7th park) is 4 or 5 miles in straight line.
I think you know that St Columbans is now the CAISL (http://www.caislisbon.com) with a different name and a different location)

How about at the same time (perhaps the evening) a reunion of us three for dinner?

Yes Lobo mau, I am aware that it is no longer St. Columbans. In fact, I will be there during an any year reunion. Thanks for the info. I figured I would spend at least 2 to 3 days renting a car to see the old haunts such as the old school, house, etc.
Matt- I would love to dine with you and Lobo but must definitely have to bring the rest of the family, so I suppose I should consult them first. I will get back to you on that one.
Lastly Lobo, you seem very familiar with the school;is there anything else you can tell me about it?
