Spain car rental?

Looking to rent a minivan 7 passenger for June 8, 2006 for one week. Seems pretty pricey. Has anyone had any experience with "Do you Spain.com" car rental? We'll be renting and returning to Malaga.
We may be better off renting two cars.
Thanks...

Try Carjet, but two small cars will probably be cheaper than one minivan.

Any of the 7-passenger Vans will cost you 1600 to 2000 euros/week at any of the rental agencies operating out of Malaga. As already pointed out, you will be better off renting two smaller (compacts) cars, especially if you are going anywhere where you will have to find a place to park. Just don't rent anything too small and underpowered.

...and travel light.
you may want to stop by a dealer in your country to take a look at the trunks of many of the compact cars.
some are very boxey, and fine for lugggage, others are quite tight.

good time to use upgrade coupons if you can find any around.

we had ordered a compact ford fiesta but fortunately were given a scenic, great little boxey, bigger trunk, spacious back seat in italy. we were so lucky. we would have been very uncomfortable in the fiesta.

We used DoYouSpain.com last July to rent from Malaga. Very reasonable rates, and no problems. We managed to flatten the battery one night (left the lights on) and it was very easy to arrange help the next day.
