I used to live in Switzerland and the concept of stand alone spas just has not yet caught on. Your best bet are hotel spas and hopefully they will allow non-guests to take treatments. I know that the following hotel ahs a small wellness centre with massage, you might try contacting them. Otherwise, contact the hotel you are staying at, and ask if they have reccos.

Another thought is whether there is a public indoor pool and/r wellness centre in Gstaad. If there is, they may offer massages. Again, ask at your hotel. Many towns offer these (like Zurich which has a public hamman with massage.)

I have only used the spa the Gstaad Palace (which I thought was quite good), but I know the Grand is a very good hotel, so I don't think you could go wrong with either. If one is closer to your hotel, that would probably be the deciding factor for me (who wants to walk back further in the cold after a massage?). Also, do they both accept non-guests for treatments?
