There is one I know of that has good prices and itineraries called www.osolomio.com
I sort of recall a thread on women groups, but if you just searched on women and tours you might get a lot of threads not applicable since those are such common words -- maybe not, you can try. I think you'd do better searching on tours and solo or tours and single.
IN fact, as I usually mention that URL, just search on the word osolomio and you'll find about a dozen pertinent threads.

If you are reasonably active walking/hiking tours can be wonderful. They are for anyone (unless you take a singles-only or women-only one, but I avoid those things), but generally there are some people alone, and joining those tours solo is not a bit odd.
