First of all, you may not be aware, but typing in CAPITALIZED letters is considered impolite in internet message boards. It's akin to yelling out your post. It's not just me, but it's a general rule that I abide by.
Anyway, the 2 nights that we spent at Siena had us walking around after dinner and spending time around the town, the stores and, of course, walking around, sitting on the cobbled grounds or having drinks/gelato at the Piazza del Campo (the main square/circle/oblong). The small streets seemed to be always bustling with locals up until mid-night in Siena.

June 29 - July 2 is the first Palio in Siena (the other is in August). It’s a major event in Siena, wild and crazy. Events begin on the 29th, culminating in the big race on July 2. Here's a link about it.

you asked a similar question earlier in the week. Click on your name to give you a list of previous postings.
Most of the "nightlife" in Siena seemed to revolve around bars. The younger foreign students seemed to congregate in a place called "the red baron". This surprised many of us- that in a region famous for its excellent wine, people should be drinking garish cocktails at €8 a go.
