Funny you should mention yodeling.

My family took a bike ride to Einsiedeln this morning. We got off our bikes and walked down the car free roads. There were folk costumes (Trachten) from all Switzerland. There were stands set up that looked like alphuts. And there was yodeling. Clear, beautiful yodeling.

Einsiedeln is having a huge Jodelfest this weekend. I hope to go tonight again!

Peeky, yah never know how these music trends might go. Who knows, maybe Yodelers will be the new rock stars and have beautiful wild women throw themselves at yah.

peeky, I think you should practice your yodeling on a really long flight. It will give people something to think about other than the baby being changed on a nearby seat.
After all travel should be something that touches all of the senses!

didn't cowboys used to yodel their country songs? may be because they were immigrants from Germany - travel and all of that. I think that yodeling is cute and it must be hard to do but I cough when I try it! Go ahead try it now and see what happens - let us know.

For what it's worth, I remember listening to yodeling as a child. My aunt also played the accordian. And that's no joke.
