Hey Mimi, speeding I assume, LOL. I have been fortunate, never been in a car in Italy that got caught for speeding so do not know the rules, but that is a miracle I can assure you. Good grief, every Italian believes that they are Mario Andrade I do believe. I do know that in Italy the Italian residents get points for every infraction, and after so many they loose their drivers license. That happened to a friend of mine, he was not a happy Italian, let me tell you. His wife had to drive him everywhere. She was not thrilled either!!
