ATM in CDG

We are arriving from the States into CDG.
First thing we need will be cash. Are there any ATMs inside the airport? If so, where can I find it easily? Thanks!

Yes there are so skip the exchange window you see upon exiting customs - can't say exactly where since Terminal 1 has been remodeled since i was last there but there are some - look in the basement shops area - there were once there but i think there are some close to customs exit. Someone will know more but there are and of course give better rate than the money change by customs exit.

I have never arrived in Terminal 1, only Terminal 2 (probably Hall C), and the ATM there is right next to the Exchange Bureau, to the left. It's in the hallway not far from where you go out to get a taxi. This is close to where you come out from the baggage claim area.

There are several ATMs in the airport. I used to fly into T2 C or D and asked at the Air France desk as soon as I came through customs. One year that one was out of order so I asked again and was directed to the lower level by the Post Office.

Last year I flew Air France and arrived and departed from the newest section E&F and found the ATM easily. If you don't see one ask at an AF desk or an information desk.

I'd be interested in information on CDG1. We are flying on Icelandair and will need an ATM and will have to get to the RER station.

RER station of course is via free navette (shuttle bus) - take elevator down to lower level i believe for the bus - take one marked Paris par Train or Gare RER.

I have some from my last trip. I always use the atm at the airport (CDG2) but I have never flown into CDG1 before.

When you arrive at CDG 1 the ATM are after you clear customs. The terminal is round so if you wander you will see it. I think there may be a sign but bear right after passing thru customs and you should see it. Be sure to have cash on hand in case it isn't working. I am sure that there is a cash exchange in this area also in case you have an issue.

P.S. Euro ATM's only take 4 digit PIN numbers.
