Seeking Tuscan Hotel or Inn offering cooking class
We'll be in Tuscany for 3 nights at the end of September. (Yes, we've been before. I was hoping to find a hotel/inn package that offered a cooking class for maybe a half day or a day. To make it even more difficult, I'd love to stay in the Val d'Orcia area. I know I'm limiting myself and I've spent a lot of time tonight searching through websites and come up dry. What inspired me to look for this is, I saw a package on LUXURYLINK for the property, L'Andana, located in the Maremma region. It looks beautiful but from everything I've read, the resort is is just too remote. There are other things we'd like to do besides hang out at the resort and I think the Val d'Orcia region is better suited for that.
I've seen a few cooking classes offered at properties in Cortona and one in Florence but both cities are just too far away. We're leaving for Tuscany from Amalfi and headed to Rome afterwards. Because of this, Southern Tuscany just seems to make the most sense. Any ideas?

Hve you checked www.shawguides.com?
This is a great resource for cooking schools worldwide.
Among a number of estates that offer cooking classes is this one which produces excellent wines and some of my favorite olive oils:

Here is another well-known winery that offers classes; not in the southern part of Tuscany, though:
