see it Paris guide

So I'm reading through the see it Paris Fodors guide and in the shopping area (pages 177-181) there are number references. What do these refer to? I'm stumped as I don't see any numbers anywhere else in the guide. They're not page numbers either....

They look like this (No.21) or (Nos. 15-22)

Possibly they could be on a map in the book.
Hope you figure it out.

Nope looked through all the maps and didn't see numbers either. There are other places that point to a place on a map using the letters/numbers on the sides of the maps but this isn't the same...

Could they be the address? I've seen some guides that have things listed by street name and the address was written as "No. 21", etc.

Well just looking at the maps I'm not seeing any streets like that in Paris so I don't think so...I thought I'd be able to find something in the book about how to read the guide but no...they didn't have a "key" either

I've looked at a similar Fodors guide, but for another city, and didn't see anything like that. Maybe if you gave the entire sentence this was in, it would be clearer. But to me, it just sounds like an address (the street number of the shop).

From Concorde Metro station, walk along rue Royale, where you'll find Gucci's sleek, modern store (No.21). Turn onto the rue Faubourg ST-Honore, where the parade of designer names includes Prada (No. 6), etc.....

It seems to be naming a list of stores/places to visit from somewhere....but where?

Wouldn't that be Gucci's sleek, modern store (No.21 Rue de Royale)
Prada (No. 6 rue Faubourg ST-Honore) ?

It's not...just so happened it sounds that way in that sentence but a lot of the other ones don't mention any street names at all.

Thanks for trying!
