I didn't think I could fly directly from Heathrow. I'm on a budget, and Monday when I needed to buy this Easyjet (which doesn't fly out of Heathrow) was around $65 while Expedia quoted $160 for flights out of Heathrow. That's why I went with Easyjet. Suddenly yesterday afternoon the flights on Expedia dropped to around $76 from Heathrow...

O.k. now I'm really angry...the Easyjet number listed on their website for calls from outside the EU is no longer in service. They direct you to call the regular customer service line, but when I do it doesn't go through. May I am dialing wrong? It's listed on their website as 0871 244 2366, so I dropped the zero and added 01144 at the beginning. Is that wrong? I only have a few more hours to cancel...

By looking at the website the number is
0044 870 6 000 000

so dial - 011
44 870 6 000 000

I called that same number (011 44 871 244 2366) and this time it worked - maybe the first time it was just busy? It took 7 mins on the phone with them to cancel. Be aware the phone number they list on the website for international callers is not in service, you have to use the Customer Service line listed on their site for 10pence/min. I used a calling card, we'll see what the damage is. They said the money would go back onto my credit card, but I wouldn't get an email confirmation...so I'll have to keep my eyes peeled.

Yeah I rang to it too. It specifically said, "this number is no longer in service" and proceeded to list the other numbers from the website. When the message was over, it began repeating it in Italian.

What I meant is - you are flying ??????-Heathrow then Gatwick-Amsterdam. Can't you fly direct ??????-Amsterdam ?
Amsterdam is a very major hub and from Scotland, it's often better for us to fly via there than London.
