I sent an e-mail requesting the Scavi Tour almost 2 weeks ago and I have not heard back from them yet. I read in previous post about auto-replies confirming receipt of the request...I haven't even gotten that yet. Should I resend or continue to wait?? We would like to visit in early May.

I e-mailed [email protected] and got an auto response within a day. That was followed by a tour confirmation date/time within a week. Was that the address you sent to? I originally had a different address for the tour, but didn't get a response on so I did some more research and got the above address. Hope that helps.

I know you wrote Scavi and my mind saw Scala Reale. So no, no, and no you would NOT book through Scala Reale for the Scavi tours.

I sent my request about 4 weeks before my trip. I didn't get an autoresponse but did get a confirmation two weeks before my requested date. I don't think you will have any problems getting a confirmation, but you will probably have to wait till mid April before getting it.
