Does anyone know where this park is located in Venice. How would you get there from the center of Venice?

Take a bus or train to Mestre on the mainland. The park seems to be just where the causeway the Venice proper begins:

Do you know about how long it would take to get there?

From the Santa Lucia train staion, the ride to Mestre is 10 minutes or less. Don't know where you'll be in the center of Venice or how you plan to get to the park, so can't say beyond that.

I would get to the park by bus.
I will be staying in San Polo.

Depending on location within San Polo, some people might walk to the train station, some might take a boat--so that part of your trip might take 15-30 minutes depending on San Polo location.
