I hear you, milliebest! I have worked and re-worked my itinerary until I'm cross-eyed! You can definitely do it without having to drive.
Here's what I've(finally!)decided:
We're going to spend 3 days in Seville, then take Paul's tour which leaves the morning of our fourth and last day.
We'll stay behind at Setenil, while the group goes on to Olvera. Then, we'll take a taxi or bus from Setenil to Ronda. There's a bus that leaves at 6:45 pm from Setenil and takes about 45 minutes to go to Ronda on weekdays. See pacopepe.com.
I emailed and received a quote from a taxi company in Ronda (www.rondataxi.com): A taxi from Setenil to Ronda will run about 24E weekdays, 29E weekends, and you can pre-arrange a pick up, of course.
Paul says that the group arrives at Setenil around 5 pm, so if you book a taxi, give yourself time to wander around the town.
We'll spend the night and next day in Ronda, then take a train to Granada that evening.
Anyway, I hope this helps. Have fun!

Too bad you are not going in Sept. I contacted Paul and he said if I gave him the dates, he would try to put together a tour that ended in Ronda for a reasonable price. If no one else is interested, your plan sounds great. Thanks for all the info.

Paul said if other people are interested, he can do a tour that ends in Ronda for 53Es. If others are not interested, it would be 80Es. I told him I would be interested if he could get a group for Sept 24th who wanted to do the White Villages and end in Ronda. If not, we would probably do your plan with the cab.
