How about the Doubletree by Hilton Rome Monti? Monti is a great neighbourhood, you can walk to just about everything from there and there are lots of great restaurants etc. We stayed in Monti in 2022 in an NH Collection hotel and really liked the location. The Doubletree there looks nice in the photos and the reviews are good.
Otherwise, out of the 2 you mentioned in your first post the Cosmopolita Hotel Tapestry would be the better one as it is right in the centre. You really don't want to be commuting in and out of the city centre eating up precious time.
