We have used one frequently that is across the street from Hotel Contilla. Semi-self service with an attendant on duty. Hotel Contilla is one block south and half block east our the south side door of Termini. You can goggle Hotel Contilla for exact address.

I used the laundromat at 20 Via Conte Verde last summer. I chose to have an attendant handle the washing, since my brief time in Rome was more valuable than watching wet clothes doing circles in the machines. Even so, it was considerably cheaper than using a hotel service.
