Do a search at the top of the page for this company www.limoservicerome.com I've used it as have many others here, it gets rave reviews. Basically the same price as a taxi.

I've used this company several times and will do so again in May. Good services, good prices. You can e-mail, or call them to make a reservation.

I second www.limoservicerome.com.
Used them from the airport to hotel and then back from a different hotel to the airport.
Driver was waiting at the exit door of the airport with a name sign.
Picked us up at the hotel a few minutes before the designated time.
Drivers didn't speak much English. But hey, we were in Italy.
Definitely use them again.
