rests in orvietto
We will be there for 1 night and would like a great meal. While we are foodies ISette Consoli wouldn't work as we don't love aprix fix. (I can't eat that much food and 2 teens don't want to!)Anywhere we could have a lovely meal and the teens have pasta? Thanks

There are 5 or 6 good options in Orvieto, and you should "discover" your own and tell us about it later. I recall a great " quattro stagione" pizza about 200 yards to the east as you walk from the Duomo on the right.

Hi css,
>I Sette Consoli wouldn't work as we don't love aprix fix.<
You don't have to have the prix fixe.
They have a regular menu.
You could order appetizer and main, or main and dessert, or appetizer and dessert, etc, etc, etc.

Have used two overe the years and they are:
RISTORANTE ETRUSCA, via Maitani, 10. located just about a half block from the duomo and closed Monday $$$
RISTORANTE MAURIZIO, via Duomo, 78,
located on the NW corner of the duomo
square and closed on Tuesday.
Both were very good in quality of food
and service. Richard of LaGrange Park, IL.
