Restaurant recommendaton: Rome,Naples and Positano...Rome,Naples,Positano

Please help me with suggestions for moderate priced restaurants. We want specialties that represent the region ,not too touristy places, please one or two of your all time favorites.
Thanks
Judy

Here are two recommendations for Rome:

* ECCE BOMBA is on a side street off Piazza Navona. This is a small family restaurant with friendly service near the Piazza Navona which my husband's cousins took us to (they are born and bred Italians and both live in Rome). You must try the Roman artichokes. They are wonderful.

* Ambasciata d'Abruzzo, via Pietro Tacchini in Parioli district. This was ecommended by my son's Italian teacher and we enjoyed it very much.
Excellent food. Appetizers, dessert, wine and liquores included in fixed price meal. Residential area, homstyle, good quality and lots of food. Specialties from Abruzzi region.

In Positano, we had lunch at Chez Black right on the beach and enjoyed it tremendously. Another Italian cousin brought us here because he frequents it.

Have a great time.

Another vote for Chez Black.
The owner gave us a neat print of the
restaurant when we left and I enjoy remembering our great meal every time I look at it. Great location too.
Kay
