Reservations online for Allard?

Did I read about making reservations online and saving %15? It's not on reservethebest.com

Anyone? Merci.

Hi grandmere,

I believe that you are thinking of the Flo brasseries.

Yep, you're right, Ira.

While I have your attention: is the fax # for Bonaparte 1 46 33 57 67

Do they respond by fax or not at all? I've already spoken on phone.

Tnx!

Ignore the above, Ira; I found the fax # on a couple of old posts and confirmed that I had correct number.

Thank you, anyway.

I was going to make a first night reservation online for Allard..but www.reservethebest.com list an address on rue de Eperon , or something,. The picture looks like the Allard on Rue st Andres de Artes. I know it's on a corner but have never noticed what the other street is! Am I right in assuming they are the same place?

when will you be in Paris, grandmere?

Yes, Jody, it's the same place. The entrance is on rue de l'Eperon, but the "front" of the place is on St. Andre des Arts. I will be in Paris May 14-18--leaving on 18. We will be in Normandy from the 9th to the 14th and then on to Paris for just a few days--and over the holiday, more's the pity!

This is a first trip for my cousin and his wife, and I think Allard is a place I'd like to take them. I'm trying to think of what's best to do/where to dine in such a short time.

And you?
