Any suggestions for clean, reasonable hotel probably on Shannon side of Limerick for early morning flight under €100- not the two mile inn.

I haven't replied to this thread as I really don't know of a reasonable hotel near Shannon. I stayed at Two Mile Inn in 1996 and at that time it was awful. I know of another really bad hotel The Shannon Shamrock. You might consider a B&B in the area.

Ah, at last.. there is someone out there. Thanks Joan. Yes stayed in the Shannon Shamrock last may and it was not pleasant. I was glad that we had to leave practically in the middle of the night to catch our flight.
I have booked the Hilton which is on the right side of Limerick for Shannon and got a rate just over the euro 100 incl breakfast. so I am sorted. Thanks again Joan.

We just stayed at Bunratty Lodge, a B&B about 10 minutes from the airport--really nice place to stay---75euros

Now, the Hilton sounds great and a good price. My last night I like to be in a place I can have dinner so I can get to packing.

Oak wood Arms Hotel is gorgeous, great staff, excellent restaurant, 2 miles from Shannon Airport, worth the $120/night.
