Can anyone recommend a few Villa Rental Companies that are reputable and have nice properties at a reasonable price. <BR><BR>We are only a couple - no children - so need a company that has smallish apartment/self-catering places rather than large villas.<BR><BR>We're specifically interested in the Luberon area.

I have had personal experience with the following:<BR>www.coquelicot.com (rented two houses from them in October 2000. They specialize in the Luberon area. Houses are good value for money, IMO.)<BR><BR>http://www.provence-luberon.net/ (Just returned from a trip to the Luberon area and rented a small village house using this site. A company called Country Cottages has about 10,000 villa listings in various European countries. They are presently offering some rather fantastic villa vacations, including air fare from the U.S. east coast and 6-7 nights, for around $1,000 per person. Yes, that's right, if you can believe it. I think the air portion is with British Airways in most cases. It's worth checking out; their web site is www.villacentral.com. No, I don't have any association with the company; it just looks like a very good deal.
