I received a quote of $650 thru travel agent for english speaking driver to take us from Siena to Florence and back in the evening. It seems quite high to me. Any recommendations or suggestions?

Hello maa, are you just looking for a way to get from Siena to Florence and than back to Siena at the end of the day or are you looking to also have a guide the entire day in Florence plus the transportation from Siena to Florence and back to Siena?

Why not just take the bus?

I already have a tour guide booked in Florence, so its only the transporation. Its 2 adults & 2 teenagers.

Oh maa, you just want to take the bus that runs between Florence and Siena. There is the train service also but the train station is outside of Siena.

I would hope that the travel agent that quoted you $650.00 be that US dollars or Euro isn't planning any other part of your trip.

If you want go to Google and in the search box type in Bus Service Siena to Florence for other websites.
