sorry, I have only been there in early May, but it was wonderful weather. However, I don't think any major tourist attraction in Prague closes for any long time period, so they are always open all year (excluding holidays and regular day closures, of course). I mainly think of the castle as a tourist attraction, however, and you can't close the bridge. Museums are not just tourist attractions, to me.

Christina is right.
I'm planning a family trip to Prague for March, and everything is open for tourism. A few places close perhaps a half hour or hour earlier than they do during the summer, and of course the daylight is shorter.

We were in Prague the first week and a half in April 2 years ago. The weather had been rainy the previous week, but stopped the day we arrived! It was cool but very pleasant; I wore a light jacket most of the time. It was pretty crowded with students on Spring Break. We stayed in Old Town and it was pretty noisey at night till about 2:00 AM. We are going to Prague again this March and will stay in lesser town.
