First stop of the London GTG will be the Polar Bear on Lisle Street at 6 PM on October 25. From there we'll go to dinner at a nearby restaurant in Chinatown . Everyone is welcome. See you there.

Judy is already traveling and I'll be leaving the day after tomorrow, so I'm bringing this up again just in case anyone else will be in London and would like to join us.
If so, please post so that Kavey can make reservations.
Looking forward to seeing everyone.

If I'm counting correctly there will be 7 of us:
Judy
Me
David
Kate
Carolyn
Lisa
Julia
I'll book for 8 incase one of the indefinites can make it. Couldn't book tonight - I think they might be closed, so I'll try tomorrow.

Hi Kavey....
Thank you for booking the table, I'm looking forward to next Tuesday.
I'm going to get the train in and as I couldn't really face the EasyHotel when I realised I didn't need the quad room I'd reserved at County Hall, I rebooked at the Selfridge thanks to a good deal at lastminute.com.
I'll aim to be at the Polar Bear as soon after 6pm as I can - I'm bringing my 14yo daughter to London and will have to make sure she is well settled with movies and picnic supper in the room (she doesn't want to join us even though she is fairly well-travelled for her age!).
So I will see you in a week's time. Until then.....

uh oh, I might be in trouble tonight after all - big presentation tomorrow and loads still to do. May have to try and find you at the restaurant. Can someone email me on [email protected] and give me a contact number so I can text my progress?
