Portugal Must See Sites?
Hello - TravelGuy83 here. Requesting any "must see" sites in Portugal for a week long trip. No island travel, just main land. Also no wineries pls. Looking for 10+ sites and hidden gems. We are very active. Thanks and stay thirsty my friends!

"Must see" depends on your interests, and even if you have exceptionally limited interests, I don't see how you could possibly see all of the "must see" sights of Portugal in a week. My adivce: Get a guidebook and research your options. The Rough Guide (mentioned upthread by bilboburgler) would be a good choice; the Michelin Green is outstanding.
Good luck!

I agree with everything kja said. Rough Guide and the Michelin Green Guide are outstanding. I used to prefer Lonely Planet, but I don't care for their new format.
Where to go in Portugal depends on your interests. A week is not a lot of time. My first suggestion would be Lisbon and perhaps Porto for a week's stay. Or you could spend a week in Lisbon and take some daytrips such as to Cascais and Sintra. Or spend 5 nights in Lisbon and 2 nights in Sintra. All depend on your interests.
