More than a couple reviews of Croce di Malta on Tripadvisor.com mentioned cleanliness issues. Yuck.

The Mediterraneo gets reasonably good reviews on Tripadvisor.com, but this hotel is located many blocks from the main tourist sights of Florence (more than a mile from the Duomo).

Again, what are your needs, budget and the timing of your trip?

I have been reading the tripadvisor reviews, this is a gate 1
trip, and is budget.

I think it is going to be Hotel della nazioni, thanks for responding!!

Nevermind. I found their website.

Have a great visit to Italy (and wherever else you might be going).
