Photo Shoots in Italy: Changing Tents Allowed?
I'm taking a two-week trip to Italy next month, to Rome, Venice, the Amalfi Coast, and Cinque Terre. It will be my first time in the country.
I'm a professional photographer and model and I'm planning on doing several photoshoots there that involve frequent outfit changes. These photos are not for professional or commercial purposes though, but will probably just end up on Instagram. I just bought one of those pop-up changing tents that you can set up and take down in 15 seconds to save time, instead of needing to find a restroom every 30 minutes.
Does anyone happen to know if there are Italian rules or regulations forbidding this? Especially in more urban areas like Rome or Venice. I obviously won't be setting up my pop-up changing room in the middle of a busy Roman street, and the tent would be up for probably 5 minutes max. But I wanted to be clear what the laws were around sidewalk obstruction, foot traffic, etc, and avoid getting in trouble. I'm assuming I wouldn't have to worry about this as much at more open-air/nature areas like Cinque Terre and Amalfi Coast, but is that the case?

I'm not sure but I think you would raise suspicion. People are not used to seeing pop up dressing rooms on the street.
Why not have the model wear a swimming suit instead of underwear when in Cinque Terre? That way she can change her clothes freely.
In Rome you can pop into any café, down a shot of epsresso, and user their bathroom. There's no shortage of cafés in Rome.

Ok, thank you for the information! Yes I'm from NYC, so it's not as unusual here, but wasn't sure how people would react in Italy.
Wearing a swimsuit instead of underwear at Cinque Terre is a fantastic idea! I'll definitely be doing that, thank you for the suggestion.
For Rome, I wasn't sure how difficult it was to find a public restroom. I don't mind at all buying something like a coffee or tea to use the restroom, but was concerned about being able to find one.
