Pegasus Suites on Santorini ---- looks great, anyone stayed there??

Looking to spend a week on Santorini and need two bedrooms, a kitchen, a pool, ac and some quiet for my family of four. After much work, I found Pegasus Suites. Looks awesome, but can't find anyone on the board that has stayed there. Looks like we can walk to shops and restaurants and grab the bus. Thoughts??

Thanks.

I stayed there for about a week last fall. I was not aware that they had any rooms with kitchens. There are a few shops you can walk to and there is a bus stop nearby. The hotel has a persistent problem with overbooking and, if they have not removed the reports, you can read about these on Trip Advisor. Our group, and many other people we met, arrived to find that there were no rooms at the inn, so to speak. So part of our group had to spend the first night at another place that was pretty bad. The hotel staff is nice enough but they are short on help and not very organized and do not adhere to the promises they make. There are also many, many steps..many steps!! Our room was lovely but the rooms vary a lot and it is hard to pin them down on exactly what room you will be getting. Since I have only been to the island once, I have no experiences with other places so don't kow how this one would stack up in its price range. Also, I would inquire if there will be construction outside the hotel as it seemed to be in the first stages last fall. That said, the place is really pretty and the view is outstanding! There is a very nice breakfast served in the am which I think is included.

Surprised not many have actually stayed here. As I say, website looks great plus there are about 60 great reviews on tripadvisor.com --- can those be rigged? Curious.
