Paris weather in mid-March?

I was thinking of a trip to Paris mabye from the 12 to the 21 of March. Will it be mid 50's by then or still too early?

My experience of two times in March says to expect morning temps of 40-45 F and afternoon temps of 55-58 F, with possibility of drizzle some days.

I wear 'Cuddleduds' (silk long underwear) to cut the cold, a l/s cotton turtleneck, and a lightweight jacket.

www.weather.com can give you the average temperatures throughout the year for all major cities.

Thanks, I'm freezing here in Michigan and mid 50's sounds warm right now. I would be happy with that.

We experienced both balmy days and some biting wind and rain during late March in Paris several years ago. A raincoat with zip-out lining or room to layer a sweater or fleece, plus gloves and a scarf, will serve you well in any weather you are likely to encounter. Scarves and umbrellas are readily available from street vendors when the need arises.

I don't know where you live, but if you have a Gabriel Brothers closeout clothing store near you, check it out. I just bought a whole bunch of Cuddleduds, slightly irregular, for my March trip. They were only 2 dollars per piece. Travelnut is right. They are VERY warm and very lightweight under clothing.
