Just sent you the apartment answer on the other thread you started. I teach at a community college, so that's why we went in March. I also have to say though that if it gets beastly hot in June that isn't the best for sightseeing either because the heat is so enervating and so few places are air-conditioned.

Yeah, my husband is a teacher, as well; and,that's why March is better for us...plus the flights are sooo much better in terms of cost.
Good to know about the possible heat in June. I would much rather walk around in 50F than 85+F.
