Paris Hotels
I am looking for some advice on Hotels in Paris. I will be there mid-April. I would like some suggestions on nicer hotels ($300-$350 per night) that are conveniently located to major sights. Any Suggestions are appreciated!

I usually sleep in less expensive hotels but here are a few 'upper scale' I liked.
Eugène en ville Buffaut, 6 9e
Pergolese Pergolèse 17e
Splendid Etoile Carnot , 1, Ave 17e
this one has rooms with a superb view on the Arc de Triomphe. And a balcony. Small the balcony.
These 2 are double your budget, but with a good discount...
Jardins du Marais Amelot, 74 11e
Mac Mahon 17e

I had lots of help from this forum and have booked Les Tournelles in the Marais for our trip next week. It had very good reviews, good rates (look at the offers on the webpage), and a superb location. I booked directly online with their "stay three nights" offer.
