If nobody turns up here with a perfect recommendation, you can search on Tripadvisor or Google for "Paris hotels with swimming pools" to at least cover that aspect, and then probably cherry pick out those within your budget that might have a view of the Eiffel Tower, that also have acceptable reviews.

Your options are going to be limited looking for a hotel with a view and a pool. Pools aren't real common in Paris. Some exist.

As said, do an internet search and see what comes up.

One photo looks like there is a far off view of the top of the Eiffel Tower.

It's an odd question.

Outdoor pools are rare in Paris hotels - even new ones - since they would be unusable for much of the year. And obviously the many, many older hotels in Paris just don;t have pools.

Agree to comb the hotel search engines for ones with outdoor pools - and then see if any have a view of the ET.

If you need an outdoor pool for your son, you will have to visit a different city.
