Check out www.tripadvisor.com. It has a huge number of hotels ranked by "regular people".

KBRAD: Welcome to Fodors. So far your threads are titled "London Hotel", "Paris Hotel" and "Rome Hotel" and you give us very little to work w/

What is your budget? What sorts of amenities do you want? do you want a/c? Etc. The more info you can give us the better

Doing a serach will bring up hundreds of threads about hotels in those 3 cities.

For Paris to me what matters more than the particular hotel is the location. I pick the arrondisement I want to stay in then only consider hotels in that area.

We stayed at the Melia Cobert. It is right across the river from Notre Dame. We walked everywhere and it was wonderful. You can google it and get the info.

I haven't stayed there, but it is a very good location near Bon Marche dept. store and I know I've read comments from others that they liked it a lot (K&K in Paris). If you like the looks of the hotel and your price, I think it would be fine. Some folks might prefer an area with a few more sidewalk cafes and people walking around a lot (ie, tourists -- St Germain is more that way that exactly where the K&K Cayre is). There's anice little park right across the street, though.
