Simple Answer:
1. Call them
2. Go to their website, www.orbitz.com
Why on earth would you rely on ANY answer you received here. You couldn't use it toward any future dispute.

Well I called them before I posted on Fodor's. I was curious in hearing first-hand experiences, etc.
Anyway, I did use the courtesy cancel once myself about three years ago (?), but I cancelled the flights within an hour of booking them because I made a mistake.
I just cancelled these flights. I acutally had until 10:30 CST to cancel (even though I booked my flights around 4:30 EST yesterday).
I rebooked with a travel agent.

FYI for those who're interested. This is from my cancellation e-mail:
"Your airfare credit of $605.98 will appear on your credit card statement within 60 days. However, most credits do appear within 48-hours. The Orbitz service fee of $10.99 is non-refundable."
