I am looking for a site where I could map out a days travel plan get time estimates routes and directions and then plan the next days route and add it, At the end I would have one map with all of my day trips in one place. Does anyone know of such a application for free on the internet

Michelin and Google both offer that. www.michelin.fr
If I am remembering correctly michelin is not quite as "user friendly" as google maps
go to google maps and type in the starting address as much as you know. WHen it "finds" that address you get an option for get directions. YOu can add several destinations at the add destination it will tell you turn by turn tolls driving time - in miles or KM One good thing about michelin is they give you the toll amt
We just returned from a good bit of driving in France. The only "problem" was we were never ready with the right money. Sometimes it was cash only and change given, or cash only limited change given or credit card only and our US card worked fine.
