Why don't you e-mail them and ask them? Email address: [email protected]
Their website says they have both, public and private indoor parking. My guess is that when the public parking is full you have the option of paid indoor parking.

I'm not aware of any hotels offering free parking other than the Paradors, but only if you are one of the "Amigos".
As a note of interest to anyone driving in Spain. Spain has doubled the fines for illegal parking, speeding, etc., with the start of the New Year. Double parking can now cost as much as 300 euros.

public/versus private parking will be a pay by the hour or evening, parking lot which is open to the public, not only part of a private apt. building or business. it will not be free.
i suspect with a little luck and tenacity you will be able to find street parking somewhere off the beaten track for your stay.
sometimes you might be able to use the lot of the company you are renting from. check it out.

Throughout the years of traveling to Spain we have stayed in countless hotels with free parking. I go back to my original suggestion: why don't you e-mail them at [email protected]?

hotel is well located about 10-15 minutes walk from Train station Santa Justa and 20 minutes walk from historic center so we did not get any car.
We use it also as base for 1 day trip to Cordoba by train, and also from Granada to Sevilla and afterwards from Sevilla to Malaga we always used the train, quite new, clean and comfortable !
Just one complaint to the hotel: it is rated 4 stars but has no coffe machine in the room !

one more tip: taxis are very cheap !!
we loved to walk a lot in Sevilla even with 2 kids, then in the late evening we could return to the hotel by taxi with less than 4 eur !
we did not consider buses although bus stop was in from of yhe hotel (another option !)
