November in Paris: Velib’, Paris Walks, and Great Food
#21
When I first went to Kayser several years ago I was attracted by the line of Parisians reaching down the block. It was the only bakery in the area that attracted that kind of crowd. I loved it; then I read a strong recommendation by Patricia Wells in A Food Lover's Guide to Paris. Since then, it has expanded into more stores, even internationally. I don't know whether that has spoiled it or not, but to my own taste, the rue Monge branch was still great when I was last there two years ago.

the decision not to tell us which papartment you like is just MEAN.
