Normandy weather in summer
We have found what looks like a gorgeous house for rent on the coast in Upper Normandy, near Dieppe - but we have also heard that the weather there is iffy, even in summer. Any thoughts appreciated. Merci!msm4

A find it a good idea to compare my home city to the city I'm planning to visit. Spmeone from Seattle or Portland might consider Cherbourg quite dry.

We just got back. Normandy has all the weather you could want. In twenty or thirty minute cycles you get sun, clouds and rain. Occasionally they throw in some wind. Builds character.

While I am all for character building in almost all circumstances, I'm not sure that vacation is the best time to do so...Thanks for the post!
