I lived around the corner for years from a Starbucks back in DC and met with clients there ALL time time, so yeah, I've had my share of their burnt coffee. It's easy to burn a latte - first you burn the coffee and then you add stuff to it.

Paper cups ?
Beeek ... like beer in cans.
Now I understand !
Honest beer is drunk from the tap in a glass, honest coffee must be the same : drunk in a cup made of porcelaine (how do you say procelain ? Ceramic ?)
If Starbucks was to open cafés in Belgium or Germany and serve beer in paper cups... forget it.
Italians must feel the same.
